2. S1 graduate – major : Electronic Engineering (Low Current)

3. Passionate on learning new thing

4. Having experience in molecular biology instruments (qPCR, PCR, ….DNA sequencer) would be an advantage

5. Good analytical skill and problem solving

6. Good interpersonal communication skill

7. Willing to travel around Indonesia

Human Resources Officer (HR)

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work

Responsibilities:

• Support the development dan implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management process
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievancy issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance etc) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements and skill:

• S1 degree with major law, psychology, business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as HR officer
• Knowledge of HR function (recruitment, training and development, etc)
• Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS office

• Installation and Training – These activities will be doing after every delivery of instrument to your institution.
• Service and Maintenance – We provide service contract, preventive maintenance, instrument calibration and instrument repair.
• LifeScience Service and Consultancy – Our new branch of offering include scheduled training in molecular biology techniques in our new laboratory, on project’s instrument running and consultancy in designing assay or analyzing data using our softwares pipeline.
