The combination of goldstandard Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Assays with the high-throughput Applied Biosystems™ OpenArray™ or 384- well plate formats enable analysis of common variants, typically in under four hours with the flexibility to modify array content. Ion Torrent™ semiconductor sequencing systems combined with Ion AmpliSeq™ technology provide a complementary approach for large panel screening projects and variant discovery.
