Job Descriptions:
- Maintaining employee databases, managing contract, and tracking attendance and leave
- Managing hiring process and facilitating orientation for new hires
- Designing performance appraisal systems, setting KPIs, and ensure workforce productivity and growth
- Identifying skill gaps, organizing employee training programs and fostering professional development.
- Administering benefits, insurance and compensation.
- Resolving workplace conflicts, advising on labour laws, and updating company policies/SOPs to maintain a healthy workplace environment
Qualifications:
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resources
- Having minimum 3 years as Human resources staff
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good understanding of labour laws and regulations
- Having good skill in employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
