Business Development Representative for Agriculture and Animal Health Products

Alam Sutera, Tangerang

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative for Agriculture and Animal Health Products to identify and evaluate leads, build relationships with customers, execute sales strategies, oversee market growth, analyze data for opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and consistently achieve sales targets with measurable KPIs.

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online search
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing customers
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue target
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and present them to our customers.
  • Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and customers.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
  • Achieve sales target with demonstrable Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualitfications:

  • S1/S2 degree in Veterinary, Agronomy, Biology or Biotechnology.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles
  • Deep understanding of industry trend in animal health testing and molecular breeding and the competitive landscape.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship with customers and stakeholders
  • Adept in networking, project management and problem solving.
  • Posses strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and work together with other teams
