Business Development Representative for Reagents and Consumables

Alam Sutera, Tangerang

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, nurture high-value leads, and drive market growth for our reagents and consumables portfolio across Indonesia.

If you have a strong background in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy, with experience in molecular biology reagents and consumables, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Descriptions:

  • Identifying market, analysing competitor offering and spot new business
  • Initiate, negotiate and maintain strategic alliance, and partner relationships
  • Generate and nurture high-value leads
  • Work alongside with marketing team to plan strategic penetration for the products
  • Work together with sales managers to develop sales strategy and supervise the implementation
  • Tracking sales pipeline and align sales approaches with overarching executive goals

Qualifications:

  • Male/ Female with Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology or Pharmacy background
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience as sales or product manager for reagents and consumables molecular biology research
  • Having experience in Molecular Biology research using qPCR, CE and NGS would be an advantage
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skill, high level negotiation and data analysis
  • Familiarity with sales forecast
  • Good command in English both written and oral
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
