HR & Legal Officer

Alam Sutera, Tangerang

We’re seeking an HR & Legal Officer who understands that people management and legal compliance play a critical role in maintaining company stability and direction.

If you are experienced in managing recruitment, drafting solid agreements, handling OSS and business licensing, and anticipating legal risks — this could be your place.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and employee administration
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Ensure company compliance with labor regulations
  • Review and draft agreements (vendor, principal, distributor, NDA, etc.)
  • Manage OSS system and business licensing process
  • Monitor and handle corporate legal documents (NIB, KBLI, company data updates, etc.)
  • Support legal and regulatory matters of the company

Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management (Law preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Legal
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of OSS system and business licensing process
  • Proficient in corporate legal documentation (NIB, KBLI, company data updates, etc.)
  • Good understanding of corporate law and risk-based business licensing
  • Experience in distribution / medical devices / pharmaceutical / laboratory industry is a plus
