Purchasing Junior

We are hiring a Purchasing Junior (PO) to join our team! If you have at least 3 years of experience in importing goods, knowledge of import regulations, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. Job Descriptions:
- Handle the purchasing process from suppliers, both local and international
- Manage purchasing documents and shipping process
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Prepare and update purchasing data
Qualitfications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- Experience in purchasing or procurement
- Basic understanding of import regulations and procurement processes
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills
