The Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ G3Lab Bioprocess Controller can control most brands of single-use or autoclavable bioreactors or fermentors that are ≤50 L, including stirred-tank and rocking models. The controller operates using TruBio automation platforms, which make a scale-up or scale-down process easy and feature the configurability to modify your control strategy along with your process. The enclosure contains state-of-the-art transmitters along with power supplies, pumps, I/O modules and the hardware required to connect to the control network, providing maximum control capability.

The Thermo Scientific G3Lab Controller has been specifically designed for PD scale bioprocessing applications. It can control most brands of single-use or autoclavable bioreactors or fermentors with a capacity of ≤50 L, including stirred-tank and rocking models. The controller operates using proprietary Thermo Scientific TruBio software, which provides easy process scale-up/scale-down and the configurability to scale your control strategy along with your process. The enclosure contains state-of-the-art transmitters along with power supplies, pumps, input/output (I/O) modules, and the hardware required to connect to the control network, providing maximum control capability.

• Updated 5:1 mixing turn-down ratio in combination with patented cross-flow sparger technology introduces gas just above liquid’s surface—to facilitate efficient mass transfer CO2 stripping, and reduce bubble sparging and associated foam damage to cells. This feature allows customers to do more with fewer vessels—which improves productivity and reduces costs simultaneously.
